These terms govern your use of mzeiq.com, the marketing site for MZE IQ LLC. They do not govern the products themselves — each of those is a separate application with its own agreement.

1. What this site is

mzeiq.com is informational. It describes what MZE IQ builds and links out to each product. There is no account here, no login, and nothing to buy on these pages.

2. The products are governed separately

PaperIQ, MLiQ, PinIQ, ProdIQ and MeetupIQ each run on their own domain. Your use of any of them is governed by the terms and privacy policy published there, not by this page. Nothing described here forms part of a contract for any product.

3. Descriptions are not commitments

Product descriptions, screenshots, interactive demos and roadmap language on this site describe intended and current functionality, and may change without notice. They are not warranties, service levels or contractual commitments. Interactive demos on these pages run entirely in your browser on illustrative data; they are not connected to a live product and their output is not a real result.

4. Intellectual property

The MZE IQ name, the product names, the logos and marks, the page copy and the design system are owned by MZE IQ LLC. You may link to these pages freely, and quote short extracts with attribution. You may not copy the site wholesale, reuse the marks to suggest an endorsement or affiliation that does not exist, or present the material as your own.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use this site unlawfully, attempt to interfere with its availability, or use automated means to place unreasonable load on it. Ordinary crawling by search engines that respect our directives is welcome.

6. Third-party links

Pages here link to other sites. We are not responsible for their content or their practices.

7. No warranty

This site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that the information on it is complete or current.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MZE IQ LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue or data, arising out of your use of this site.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The effective date above will change when we do, and continued use of the site after that constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. The state and federal courts located in New York County, New York have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
