Text messaging

MZE IQ LLC builds software for businesses. Two of our products text people about work those people are already doing, or about something they have already asked for. The product is the sender in every case. A message names the business it concerns, but it comes from ProdIQ or PaperIQ, not from that business. We never send marketing texts.

Each product has its own policy

They send to different people for different reasons, so the detail lives with the product:

• ProdIQ — shift offers, schedule changes and time-sensitive notices about a person's own work, sent to crew who have given consent inside the ProdIQ application. ProdIQ SMS policy

Our other products do not send text messages.

The terms that apply everywhere

Replying STOP to any message from any of our products stops messages from that number. You will get one confirmation and nothing after it. Opting out is permanent until you choose otherwise: agreeing again inside a product does not restart messages. Only replying START does.

Sharing

We will not share your opt-in to an SMS campaign with any third party for purposes unrelated to providing you with the services of that campaign. Mobile numbers and SMS consent data are never sold, rented, or shared with unaffiliated third parties.

We use a licensed messaging carrier to deliver messages. They act on our instructions and may not use your number for their own purposes.
